Community Outreach
Brentwood Elementary
The First Cumberland Presbyterian Church’s
congregation provides Brentwood Elementary Kindergarten and first
grades needed items throughout the year. We work with the counselor
at Brentwood providing assistance with projects as needed.
Healthfest
“A Healthy Community For Life”
The Church’s annual Healthfest, “ A
Healthy Community For Life” is for the community members
wanting to monitor health needs and learn of community resources.
Everyone is invited to visit the booths and get
their blood sugar, vision and other tests taken on site. Call
the Church office for additional information.
Angel Tree
Each December the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church sponsors
a prison ministry, providing Christmas gifts to the children of
prisoners including needed clothing.
Operation Christmas Child
Church members fill a decorated shoebox with clothing, small games,
candy and a bible. These gifts are shipped through the Franklin
Graham Ministries to foreign countries in need of special love.
